Unlock your natural motherly instincts.

“YOU WILL GET THERE.

BUT RIGHT NOW
YOU ARE HERE.

Walk the Earth

Motherhood is an adventure.

It’s a journey of exploration, and it’s different for everyone. It’s unique to you and your baby. And it’s different every time. Each pregnancy, birth and baby has it’s own journey so whether you’ve been a Mother before, or this is your first time, the experience is always different.

But one thing never changes. The more you feel heard, listened to and supported as a new Mum, the more confident and powerful you feel.

And that is what it’s all about, because the moment you have that foundation, you start to unlock and more importantly, trust your own natural motherly instincts. That means no more feeling like you should do X, or Y, or Z. It means no more making a rod for your own back, by trying to live up to the expectations of others.

There is no magic wand. There is no right or wrong way.
There is your way, and your way is more than enough.

And that is where I come in. I’m here to help you find your own path. That’s why I always say that I’m not here to work for you, I’m here to work with you. I have years of experience but when it comes to your baby, you are the expert. You can read all the books, do all the preparation, but when your baby arrives, it’s your time. Time to Mother the way that works for you and feel all the things you’re bound to feel.

IT’S TIME TO

THROW OUT THE

MOTHERHOOD

MANUAL, TOGETHER

What-to-do-with-a-newborn-baby

It’s time to throw out the Motherhood manual, together

This is the key to everything. I’m sure you’ve heard things like ‘Oh I wouldn’t do it like that’ or ‘Do it my way, my way is better,’ all the time. That undercurrent is everywhere in society. That ‘need’ to do a certain thing a certain way to show you’re the perfect Mother.

But here’s the thing, this isn’t about everyone else. This is about you, your baby and your journey together. And I’ll be here with you, every step of the way, helping you to find a style to help you achieve where you want to go and where you want to be with your baby.

SAY HELLO...

“OH GOD, I’VE GOT TO HAVE SAM IN MY LIFE”

Meet Sam

Meet Sam

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that in my life.

From being a midwife in the NHS, to 30 plus years of newborns professionally and personally I have seen it all, and been through it all myself and with so many new Mums.

And trust me, everyone has the same feelings, concerns, worries, and niggling limiting beliefs. But we all find our way. We can all grow, and flourish into the Mothers we always wanted to be. I love to be part of that journey, being welcomed into your family space at such a special, but vulnerable time and watching the connections develop. I would love to be there with you, supporting and empowering you to find your identity as a parent, so you can be your most confident self.

Your Motherhood journey
has started.

And together we can help you break free from the safety blanket, settle into life as a Mum and feel empowered to do this yourself, transforming and growing with all your natural motherly knowledge and power.
