Hi, I’m Sam.

A maternity nurse, night nanny, and newborn care specialist with over 35 years of experience supporting families through the newborn stage. My role is to bring calm, compassionate guidance when you need it most.

Not just for your baby, but for you and your whole family.

My philosophy is simple: there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to parenting. Every family, every baby, every journey is different.

Offering you bespoke post-natal care, I work alongside you to understand your baby’s cues, your rhythms, and your family’s needs, helping you to put in place those solid foundations for your baby’s early care. 

Whether you’re navigating first feeds, learning to settle your baby at night, or simply figuring out how to  manage such a huge life change, I offer evidence-based, medically guided, practical care to help guide your first steps into parenthood and help you thrive.

Having begun my career as a nanny and later a midwife with the NHS, I realised I wanted to spend more dedicated time with families to really ensure I could give them the expert support they needed.

Now, 35 years later, I have supported over 50 families in the UK and abroad to unlock their potential as new parents.

Nothing brings me more joy than watching families grow into their rhythm and seeing parents feel seen, heard, and empowered.
